The best retreats combine once-in-a-lifetime experiences with the unstructured time where real conversation and deeper connection happen.
Who does Forum Escapes work with?
Forum Escapes designs retreats for founder forums, executive peer groups, leadership teams, EO forums, YPO forums, and Young President's Organization forums. Every retreat is customized for one forum — never a group tour.
How much does a forum retreat cost?
Pricing is customized for each forum. It depends on your budget, length of stay, forum size, and destination. After you submit your forum details, we schedule a private video call to understand your group and design the experience, then provide pricing.
What does Forum Escapes handle?
Everything except the flights. We handle the destination, logistics, local partners, private access, dining, and daily rhythm. Your forum books the flights, hand picks certain activities, and the rest is taken care of for you.
Where do you run retreats?
Current retreats include Rome, El Salvador's Pacific Coast, Jasper in the Canadian Rockies, and Bhutan. Japan and Venice are coming soon. Because every retreat is customized, other destinations are possible by inquiry.
